These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hello Yellow! mobile app ("Hello Yellow!", "the app", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hello Yellow!. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission.
You sign in with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your display name and content accurate and appropriate. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Hello Yellow! is a game about photographing yellow cars you spot in the real world. You may post photos of vehicles in public spaces, add text notes, and comment on your friends' catches within shared challenges.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post or send content that:
This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these standards.
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users or the service. We aim to review reports of objectionable content promptly.
You can report content or users from within the app at any time (via the report button on photos, comments, and profiles). We will act on valid reports within a reasonable time, typically within 24 hours of review.
If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, you may not create a new account without our express permission.
You can block any other user from within the app. Blocking prevents the blocked user from seeing your content and ends any friendship between you. We encourage you to use this feature if you experience harassment or unwanted contact.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, store, display, distribute, and promote that content in any media or format, to operate the app and to market, advertise, and promote Hello Yellow! (for example, featuring catches in our App Store listing, on our website, or on our social channels). We may share it with our service providers where needed to run the service.

Hello Yellow! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any content posted by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIA LD Trading will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Hello Yellow!.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the app. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts, unless a mandatory rule in your country of residence requires otherwise.
